As a result, they act like zombies that move in an unpredictable, jerking manner, grunting and speaking gibberish. Often, they would even attack people, like what zombies in the movies do.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is Flakka?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Flakka is a street drug that started in South Florida. It is one of the booming types of synthetic or designer drugs.
