Bridges of Hope opens its doors in Lapu-Lapu City

When it comes to helping people who are struggling with drug addiction, Bernard Manuel is not new to it. After all, he’s been doing this for several years now as the Executive Director of Bridges of Hope – Batangas.

This time, he goes farther south, to the so-called “Queen City of the South,” in Cebu. Here, he revives the Bridges of Hope name with a new facility nestled strategically in Lapu-Lapu City, to cater to those within the island and in nearby ones.

Bernard is no stranger to the struggles of addiction. As he had openly and so generously shared in one of the episodes of Bridges of Hope LIVE, he has been through so much and is also a recovering addict.
