The Pampanga Facility, which opened last June 14 2017, caters to clients in the North Luzon area, such as those in Pangasinan, Tarlac, Abra, Pampanga, and other nearby provinces and municipalities.

This makes it easier for people from the northern-most parts of Luzon to go to a facility closer to them and avoid Manila traffic.
