Bridges of Hope, one of the country’s fastest growing rehabilitation centers, is opening its 5th facility, this time in Lipa City, Batangas. The Bridges of Hope – Lipa branch has opened its doors on July 15, marked with a blessing ceremony and attended by Bridges of Hope staff and executives.

According to Bernard Manuel, Executive Director of BH-Lipa, helming the opening of this new Bridges of Hope facility in his hometown is his way of giving back to the community and to also reach out to those who are in need of addiction treatment.
“I owe my life to Bridges of Hope! BH has helped me in so many ways. All my life I was lost. I never understood why I kept falling. I never gave importance to any blessings I received. Now, with the help of BH, I finally got to know the real me. I have a wonderful relationship with my family, especially with my Mom!,” shares Manuel.

He adds, “My life is finally moving to the right direction. As a recovering drug dependent, I have a higher chance of keeping my sobriety knowing that BH is behind me. BH has helped me identify who I was, who I am and who I want to be.”
According to Manuel, putting up a BH branch in Lipa is an inspired decision. He said, “Since I was currently working for BH as a 12 Steps Conductor, I found myself loving my job effortlessly. It just felt real. That is when I knew, I wanted to make a difference. I threw the idea out there with no expectations or whatsoever. I asked for my Higher Power’s guidance. Then everything started falling into its place, then the rest is history.”
Blessing and Opening Ceremony of Bridges of Hope-Lipa
Bridges of Hope-Lipa is located along General Luna St., right across the street from Hapag Filipino Restaurantm and right in the heart of Lipa’s busy commercial district. The Center now stands as a solace and oasis for those who are struggling will all kinds of addictions, such as alcohol, drug, and behavioral addiction.
The facility has an area of 1000 square meters, with over a dozen spacious dorm-type rooms for residents to stay in while undergoing addiction treatment. There is also a separate receiving area and office, a clinic, and an expansive common area for activities.
Bridges of Hope-Lipa is located along General Luna Street.
BH-Lipa will follow Bridges of Hope’s brand of addiction treatment, using Eclectic Therapeutic Community with 12 Steps. As with all other BH facilities, there will be 24/7 medical staff on duty, as well as a team of professional counselors and addiction professionals to help residents in their recovery journey. The facility is also gated, ensuring privacy and high level of security. It also has CCTV cameras and 24/7 security personnel.
